Ryan's Recycling

My first beach clean up in months and there were a lot of people at Doheny State Beach. We picked up two five gallon buckets of trash. Notable items found: a pair of sunglasses with a lens missing, various beach toys, barbie arm, surfboard fin, plastic pirate toy knife, a little tiger…

I had a great time chatting with Crystal DiMiceli as a guest on her Forces for Nature podcast. We chatted about recycling and keeping the planet clean. I spoke about what we can all do to make a difference and how to help support the Pacific Marine Mammal Center. You can hear the interview here.

Ryan had an awesome time on Little Big Shots meeting all the amazing kids and he got to teach Melissa McCarthy and the audience about recycling. Win-win! A big thank you to Sand Cloud for giving the audience your amazing water bottles and thank you to Athens Services for picking up and assisting us with all of the recycled items given to Ryan by the show (It was a lot – watch the episode ending).
